Unfortunately, you can't undo whatever you do to your phone via Find My iPhone. You'll have to reset to factory and then perform a restore from a backup that's in iTunes or in iCloud.

When you locked it remotely, you should have provided a 4 digit PIN code. You should be able to enter that PIN code on the device to access it. If you can't remember what you entered you will need to reset to factory settings. You may need to force the iPhone into DFU mode to do this.
