If you want us to be able to help, we will need a little bit more information.
- What exactly happens, when you try?
- Do you get an error message, if yes, what is the message?
- Does Aperture hang or crash? If it is crashing, post the crash log here - copy and paste the first 60 lines of the crash log into your post, not a screenshot please.

I am having the same problem. When opening Aperture bought from the App Store it asks for my first and last name, my company and the serial number from the wrapper. This happens ONLY after the last update. Should I delete and reinstall from the App Store?

The most recent update 3.4.3 is supposed to fix licence number problems. If you are already running Aperture 3.4.3, move Aperture to the Trash (don't empty the Trash) and download again from the AppStore to reinstall completely.
