I was on the Windows XP side and was deleting files I thought were on a memory stick. Apparently not. Immediately after deleting one of the folders, Windows CP close and went back to the Macs OS side.

I tried to re install Paralles but got the following seperate messages.  Unfortunately, I don't understand what I am being asked to do. Can anyone provide me with any guidance?

Message 1) There is no operating system installed in this virtual machine. Please insert an operating system installation CD into the optical drive of your Mac and restart the virtual machine.

Message 2) No boot device is available

I am on a Mac Book Pro, running  OSX 10.6 and Parallels 6.

Thank You.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8)
