When i plug in my charger to my iPhone 4s it does not show the lighting bolt charging icon, but i noticed that it those charge, I also tried reseting the phone with the sleep-home button, still no icon.
I want to know when my phone is charging with the lighting bolt icon, if you can please help please contact me at <edited by host>

This is a year-old thread, a lot easier to start a new one to get more attention.
Have you gone to Settings > General > Usage > Battery Usage and turned on Battery Percentage? That will show you the charge level and you can see if it is low enough to be charging at the max rate. If the battery is below 93-95% charge, it will not charge. When it drops below that range the charging circuit kicks in and tops up the battery.
