Have you tried to download the Combo update. This is the latest one for Mountain Lion.
Download and then try the iPhoto update from the App Store. Post back and let us know how you got on.

ASC / Notifications is on a go slow but I have detail that your installer is not accepting it. Look to your right and check out one or two of the 'More like this' threads. Two or three have green stars which could suggest a solution.

There shouldn't be a need for combo update here. And the OP is most likely confused on an aspect here.
It would be best to simply restart the computer, and then try again.
Also the OP should check his computer version again after the restart to see if it's changed or not.

I already tryed restart my computer, and its not working. I check other threads with similar problem and as I understand - its problem with Apple Updates. We need waiting for special 10.8.2 update for Mac Mini 2012.
