Bring the old one in to Apple.

Then call Apple care and arrange to have it sent in.  Or buy a new one.  Can you really not figure this out yourself?

If you have a nearby reseller you can go to them and ask for a new one or if your charger is only broken you can use your computer to charge your iPhone through the USB port. Hope this helps.

By reseller I mean if there's another store near you that sells apple products and accessories besides the apple store.

Funny, could have sworn I mentioned that in my second post.

Glad you got your problem solved.
