    (1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the /___sbsstatic___/migration-images/196/19610568-1.gif "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

    http://majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=4459

    (2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (If you're on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system and you get a Code 800A0046 error message when doubleclicking the msicuu2.exe file, try instead right-clicking on the msicuu2.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator".)

    (3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.

    (4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any Bonjour entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:

    (5) Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time?

I have been having the same problem with my itunes and bonjour; I followed these directions, but now that message popped up again.  Its the same message, but this time it just says itunes instead of Bounjour:

The feature you are trying to use is on a diferent network resource that is unavailable.

Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package "itunes64.msi" in the box below.

Ive been trying to figure this out and update my itunes to 10.7 for a couple weeks PLEASE help!

Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package "itunes64.msi" in the box below.

It looks like you're nearly there. Launch CleanUp again, but this time remove any iTunes entries.

Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC, try another iTunes install.

CleanUp doesn't touch your content files. (Under normal circumstances, neither does an uninstall/reinstall of iTunes.) That being said, it's still a good idea to maintain a current backup in case of disasters of any sort.
