It would help if you could explain why you couldn't use it. There is no automatic policy of refunds; formally, all purchases are final and you need to explain how it came about to justify repayment.

I bought an app to do my finances with but every time I tried entering info it would crash. So I can't use the app I just wanted to get a refund. I didn't pay much for it but it just doesn't work.
