I am creating a timeline for a web development project in numbers

I have changed the content scale to get it to fit on two pages (it's illegible on one page) but the tasks are overlaid on the grey column containing row labels

How can I make the row labels appear on the right side instead of the left side?

Here is what I would recommend:

    1. On the menu, under Table, turn off "Repeat Header Columns on Each Page". This will get rid of the left-side header on the second page.
    2. Add a new column to the right side of the table.  Format it so it looks like the header column (your "labels").
    3. In that new column use the formula =IF(A="","",A) in every cell of the column except the header row so it gets an exact copy of what is in your header column (and does not put a zero if there is nothing in a particular row of column A)

I cannot enlarge your most recent images.  Maybe the forum is having a problem.

Why do you need to leave week 8 blank?  What I saw in the image in your first post was that the table on page one didn't take up the full width of the page; it didn't go all the way to the rightmost margin which caused your shapes to go over some clear space.
