I had both Photoshop Elements and Premier Elements v9 loaded on my Mac, but I found that I didn't use Premier enough to merit the upgrade, so I only upgraded to Photoshop Elements 11. I have no issues running that on my Mac.
You don't say if you are trying to load the Windows version or the MacOS version, but since you are posting in the Windows Compatibility forum, I am guessing that you are trying to use the Windows version. Are you working in BootCamp, or are you running your Windows in a virtualization package? If so, which one? What version of Windows are you running?
There are so many variables, and you have provided so little informaiton, it is difficult to give much more help than what has already been given.

Thanks for reply. I am running windows home premium 7 64bit version sp1.
Sorry but do not understand what you mean "Are you working in Bootcamp,or are you running your windows in a virtualization package"
I have checked the installation log for premier elements 11 and it seems to have installed ok. last line says
0 fatal errors, 0 warnings, 0 errors
Exit code: 0 errors
So pressume everything installed ok. Any further thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

How are you running Windows on your Mac? Are you using Boot Camp? Are you using Parallels, VMWare Fusion, Virtual Box, etc.?
If you are not running WIndows natively on your Mac, I would suggest that you consider that first. Other than that, I am running out of information for you as I run my Adobe products natively on my Mac rather than running them on my Windows 7 virtual machine (Parallels 8).
