Restore with iTunes on computer and at the end when prompted, Set Up iPhone as New. If still problem, make Genius reservation and take to Apple Store for quick (minutes) free battery diagnostic tests. If a problem is determined, and there is Warranty or AppleCare it will be covered.

I have what u said , i went to apple and they have done a test a said that the battery is ok , and then they made a restore , they said that it will be ok now but it still not good , i compare it to my brothers iphone 4 and the battery in my iphone dropps as twice as fast as his iphone ... What will i do ? I thinking about returning the iphone , i cant work work with it . After 4 hours the battery is dead .. 2 if i use it
