Hate to tell you this guys.. but that asdff** email address comes from installing pirated software via torrent such as Final Cut Pro, Compressor, Motion,etc.. purchasing legitimate software will prevent that..

@leetut : It is in the Final Cut Pro - the pirated version. Get rid of FCP and your problem is solved.

I had the problem of an update symbol still remaining on the App Store Dock icon, even after the update had been installed. This was with Coda 2 (ver. 2.02 update).
The symbol disappeared after I did the following:
1) Applied the update through the App Store
2) Quit the App Store
3) Right Clicked the App Store Dock Icon and selected the name of the software requiring the update.
The App Store page for the software was then shown and the update symbol was gone!

Guys, here is the answer. Worked for me.

Program shows installed when it is not.
I just ejected my backup disk, closed and re-oppened the App Store and it now shows that the program is not installed. Simple solution for me. Good luck on the rest of the issues.
