As you have used a hacking tool (tinyumbrella) you can't get help in an Apple hosted forum. I would guess that your phone was also jailbroken, and it may be permanently bricked now. You can try a restore from DFU mode, but first you will have to fix the corruption to your computer's network database that was caused by tinyumbrella. You should be able to google all of these procedures.

Well, since you used tinyumbrella it's definitely hacked.

To restore to the original factory settings (no jbs permitted. sorry.)
- Hold home and power to restart the iPhone
- Have the iPhone plugged in while holding home
- A popup on iTunes will show requesting you to restore your iPhone
- Let go of home and restore your iPhone
- "Restore as a new iPhone" or "Restore from Backup" will show after 15 minutes or less

But you have used TinyUmbrella which has messed up the settings on your computer, you may possibly be getting interference from your antivirus/antispyware software on your computer, and the 3194 error can indicate either a jailbreak or that you previously rolled back the iOS version on your device. As Lawrence wisely suggested, use Google.
