New iPhone 5 is a major disappointment. First one had a faulty microphone. Verizon exchanged it. got the new one up and running and discovered days later the wrong time will display randomly. Verizon tells me they won't give me a new phone, just wait for an Apple update. I was told that is just the way it is, give it time and if they don't have a solution Apple will try to fix the phone or give me a refurbished one but not a new one. I'm still within my 14 days of original purchase. Silly me, why should I have expected a product that retails for over $600.00 to work without "glitches". Not sure if I should be disappointed with Apple or Verizon.
