No, Its probely just an app promblem. Try delating it and downloading it again. if you already done that there should be a way to "forget a app" so whem you download it again it would be brand new and maybe it would work (that would also start you over on the app) if that doesnt work you may want to contact the owner of the app.
Thanks for the suggestions but I'm refering to the lack of any bass amps for bass players to use.. I haven't had the patience yet to read through all the manuals for Mainstage but so far, it does not appear there are any bass amps available to run an electric bass into. Plenty of guitar amps.
This is the same situation with Garageband and the Amp Emulators. Apple has not placed a single bass amp into the software, mac or ipad versions. As a bassplayer, I feel like I'm being ignored by Apple and it's frustrating to spend money only to find out my instrument is not being supported. There are plenty of software basses but for a bassists that wants to plug in a real bass guitar, there doesn't seem to be any support
The picture didn't display but I think it's probably the same one that is in the Mainstage Manual?
Anyway, I spent some time this morning using the manuals and I have found how to use some of the bass presets that are present in the Patch Inspector / Patch Library / Audio Channel Strips.
I have no experience with Logic, only some Garageband experience so there is a definite learning curve using this software. Not as user friendly as the description made it sound but with the manual, I'll get it figured out.
I still feel a very strong bias against bass guitar at Apple though. They couldn't program a single Pre-Mapped set up for bass players to just dive in an use?
