How can I convert a file to the following using Compressor?

    Start with the MPEG 2 Program Stream preset (not the 422 version) and use the Inspector to adjust as necessary. Save the preset as a custome setting and apply it to your MP4 source file.

    Sounds like the mpeg 422 version. There are two presets.

    Inspector>extras uncheck.

     

    If you want CBR also use Inspector>Encoder>quality>Mode

    CBR is constant bit rate

     

    Artifacts are often caused by resizing. I

    In the Inspdctor open Frame Controls. Click on hear to turn on. Set resize filter to Best.
