Doesn't talk about what I want to accomplish, though.
Then again, I might have missed or misread something, not being a native speaker.
Time Machine will not backup items listed in the plist I mentioned.
And there's no way I can override that behaviour.
Or is there?

Sorry, I don't use TM. You could modify that plist using TextEdit and ensuring that the modified one has the appropriate owner and group permissions. That's left as an exercise.27" i7 iMac SL, Lion, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2), G4 450 MP w/Leopard, 9.2.2

I have been "exercising" since System 7.5. It taught me to not modify files in the System folder.
And here's you proposing to do just that to someone you seem to have taken for a newbie...
