I am planning to get a new iMac, and I aready have an ssd drive. Will I be able to get that fitted (by Apple) in the iMac?
How much does this service usually cost?
Nope... Apple only installs their own hard drives (and ram). If you install the hard drive yourself you will void the warranty.
And the new iMacs are not user upgradeable.
Thanks for the answers,
I meant... If you buy your own ram, Apple won't install it for you. The 27" iMac is the only iMac that you can upgrade the ram. The 21" iMac the ram can't be upgraded.
