11.5.502.110 is the latest version of Flash Player - you can get it at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/.
Try installing the latest version - or the latest version that's compatible with Snow Leopard, anyway.
You should be able to access the Flash player settings through the Preference Pane under System Preferences. You should be able to check for updates using that Preference Pane. It's just an Internet Plugin, not an app, and it should be in your Internel Plugins folder.

OK, I uninstalled/deleted as many old Flash files as I could, using Flash's Uninstall function and EasyFind. There were some Flash files that either would not delete, or I didn't know if I should delete them.
I installed and ran the new Flash from the site you gave me.
Result: I'm seeing a bit more graphics than before, but it still gets hung up/stalled and the rotating ball is showing... It was even hard to get off that web site when that site stalled. What should I do now? Thank you for your help.
