Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPhone?
Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after the iPhone shuts down, then press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.
Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10 seconds). Ignore the "Slide to power off"

Thanks Jim. The restart did not work. Will the reset screw up all my stuff where I will have to set it all up again?

No. Your data and info will not be touched by a reset.

Thanks guys, but the reset did not fix it. The reminder app still won't let me make a reminder and neither will Siri. Any other options or should I take it to an Apple store?

Ok, searched more on google and found this thread from a past Apple post. I tried it and it works! Go to iCloud and turn on reminders setting and the plus sign comes up. For more info, go to this link or type in "Can't add Reminders in new Reminders App from August 25, 2012 in Google.
