Everytime I go to open a Pages or Numbers document, every document of that type I have opens (not just the one I selected). How can this be changed?
Close the documents BEFORE you quit the iWork Application.
For a global change so this does not happen in ANY application, there is a checkbox in System Preferences/General for "Close Windows when quitting an application".
Thank you...this did help. It'll be a habit I have to form to remember to close. I'm used to just hitting save and then exiting.
Didn't have this option...something similar but it didn't seem to "take." I am going to just try to remember to "Close" the application before quitting. I had just been hitting save and then exiting (as that works in MS Office products).
