Q: Publish to store outside USA

Hi. I have successfully published my iBook via iTunes Producer to the USA store apparently . But not any other store.

As I am in the UK I cannot access or view my book :-(

Also, I wish to publish to the UK store -- and even Japan.

How can I do this as I did not see an option when pressed DELIVER on iTunes Producer?

Did you add all the other territories you want to sell to in iTunes Producer? You can select which territories you want to sell to and set a price for each.

When I Edit territories I select all and then Done.
In iTunes Connect i get an error:-

Unknown Issue. Due to an unknown issue, your content is not on the store. Please Contact us for more information.
=
when I click on a territory (red button - which means not on that store).

But I don't know what that error is as the book is on USA store.

Meanwhile I have submitted a form with this error via the Connect website.

Thank you.
So, no paid books or textbooks in Japan. Methinks the distributors are dinosaurs.

How can I make my iBooks app country agnostic?

I can do so quite simply in iTunes just to browse other stores like the amazing USA store. But how to do this in iBooks?

When you publish to the ibookstore, you can select which or all of 50 country stores to publish in. Any one who has access to one of those stores can get your book.

An alternative is create your book as an app, sold from the app store instead of the ibookstore. But that is much more complex.
