Q: My windows and my iTunes is freezing, when my iPod Shuffle 4G is connacted.

Nov 28, 2012 6:59 AMby planb77,Have you tried plugging it into another USB port or using another USB cable if at all possible? Or perhaps you have another Mac or PC around with iTunes you could use to try and restore the Shuffle with?
With the Shuffle still connected to your PC, have you tried resetting it?

Nov 28, 2012 9:29 AMby zsombor94,Thank you for your answer. Well, I've tried all these things. Everything worked great on my old computer, but with my new one, it has these issues. Firstly I thougt that the problame is my computer, but when I plugged it into my fathers laptop, it worked fine. I could restore it and all the things, but when i connect it to my computer again, it freezes again. So I gave it to my girlfriend for her nameday yesterday, but it has the same things in her PC too. I've seen that, quite a lot of people have this problame on other forums, but I couldn't find a sollution. I hope that there is a sollution.
PS. Sorry for my English, but I hope it's understandable.
