My family bought an iPhone 4 in UK and they sent it back to  their son who is living in Malaysia.

It is GSM model and came with iOS 5.

Their son upgraded it's OS to 6 recently and they are facing some trouble after first reboot.

The system requires them to insert the micro-SIM card for the phone configuration, but they have none of it.

Micro-sim haven't popular in malaysia yet.

Because of it, they can't finish the configuration and the phone become useless.

Is there any method to skip the configuration or other solution to solve the problem。

anyone help and advice?

iPhone 4, iOS 5.1.1
