It's far from clear what you are trying to do.
Nothing plays "through" iTunes.
iTunes, the computer programme, is used to compile a database of the music (and other media) held on your computer. iTunes can play the music listed in its database. It can also synchronise with Apple devices and put a copy of the media on your computer onto Apple devices.
Apple devices do not play music "though" iTunes, although I believe some people do attempt play the music on their iPods "through iTunes" (how?) while those iPods are connected to iTunes. (Can't see the point myself. Since it makes sense to have the content of an iPod in the iTunes Library - as backup, for use when the iPod fails or is replaced - why not play the music that's on the computer?)
Or are you simply trying to put the music listed in your iTunes Library onto your Walkman? If so, read the manual for the Walkman, since iTunes is not designed to Sync with non-Apple devices and not designed to put music from iTunes onto Walkmans.
