Is it possible that you are looking at the smart inbox? Messages only show there until read. There is another inbox under the gmail account - it should be there until you move it.
Also, it should be available in gmail webmail interface.

I do not see any inbox seem as "smart inbox" I checked out all the inbox and all inboxes there is not message, even I searched within the sender e-mail I could not find.
Let me explain it in different way. In the trash folder if I use edit button it moves any message to inbox it works perfect. However, in the trash if i open the message and use the "folder" icon at the bottom it does not move. Actually, it shows it moves but when I check the inbox there is no message.

I've just had the exact same problem today. Lost two emails because of it. Can't find them on my phone or on Gmail from my laptop. I accidently moved them to the bin.. Don't even know how I done it!
But I went into the Bin folder, opened the email, went to the folder icon at the bottom of my iPhone 4S, which says "Move this message to a new mailbox", selected Inbox, it looked like it moved. When I went to the Inbox, it wasn't there. I searched for it and its gone. I tried another and it done the the exact same thing.
I tried this from Gmail on my laptop and it works fine, you can move them from the bin back to the Inbox without any problem.

By saying "bin" you mean "trash" ? checked out there too there is no any e-mail in my or there is somewhere tagged as bin. As I know "bin" and "trash" are the same its labeling method changes according to country languages trash.

Yes, that's correct, bin and trash are the same thing as far as I'm aware.
