You cannot use Numbers refer to cells in another document in Numbers. you can refer to cells in the same table, a different table or a different table in another sheet.
You can combine the two documents into a single document where each resides in a different sheet.

Whe i combine the documents i wil get one verry big file at the end of the year i gues.
When i make over 200 invoices the file gets bigger and bigger.
Whiting exel ( microsoft ) it is posible but i dont want to use the microsoft products anny more...
anny other sugestions ???

and what did you meen with.. or keep one years worth of information in the Nubers document.
Like copy het invoice every time i want to make a new one so i get a big file at the end...
I have thought of that, but then i want to make a pdf of the worksheet Factuur, when i make a PDF he makes a pdf of the complete document and that is also not the meaning of it.
Or can i make a pdf of one work sheet ??

Ok that helpt, i did it wiht export -> PDF ...
Now the only iseu is the the iseu that cant be solved.
He people of apple fix it please .....
Wont work i tink but you never know, unsolved problems... i hope the dont like that

You can provide feedback regarding Numbers to Apple by using the menu item "Numbers > Provide Numbers Feedback". Posting on this forum has little chance of affecting any change.
