It's unlikely that anyone in this forum would know - it's for the long-defunct office suite 'AppleWorks' (not about how 'Apple works' if that's what brought you here). The place to ask would be in the developer forum.

Apple writes its software mostly in C and C++. There is quite a bit of Objective-C used for user interface code. Apple uses its Xcode IDE (Integrated Development Environment) which includes Apple's Clang compiler for compiling C, C++, and Objective-C.
