got to appleid.apple.com choose manage my account login. on the left side of the page choose password and security. Under the security questuons you shuld have the option to reset security info

Mine does not give me that option. I contacted apple support, but they refer me back to the security page and state that they are not allowed to reset it. I have been struggling for three months now and no help from apple support.

i was taken to the security Q&A, but it didn't give me the option to reset my Q&A

You cannot reset your own Security Questions. You must contact iTunes Support and ask them to do so:
