I've been kicked out for 8 hours as I cannot remember my security answers I tried to reset in manage account but there is no option for that only to verify which I cannot do as I can't remember the answers someone please help

    The answers are case sensitive.  If you set up a rescue email, you can log in at by selecting manage, enter your appleID and password.  Then select "Password and Security".  You will be presented with 2 of your security questions.  If a Rescue Email address is on file, you should see a link below the second security question.  Click that, and a security question reset will be sent to your rescue email.  If you don't have a rescue email, your best bet is to go thru expresslane as suggested above, and schedule a callback to reset your security questions.  You can also call AppleCare at 1-800-MY-APPLE, and tell the advisor that answers that you need to reset your security questions.  If you choose this route, be expecting a long wait, as the hold times are fairly long right now.
