There won't be a "fix", per se, since it's not broken in the sense that it's a bug keeping it from working, it's no longer a feature. You can comment to Apple on the matter via their feedback page, if you wish:

Perhaps they'll reinstate it, or a similar feature, in a future update.

    Regards.

It is interesting that the feedback page does not allow for feedback just requests to spend more money.

Cover flow NEEDS to be returned - it is one of the things that at it's core is the difference between Apple and PC. The ability to have such a great visual interface is much akin to the more organic flow of command streams and controls in all of Mac design. Really do feel another shortsighted decision and needs to be put back ASAP.

There has been a big glitch happening when adding CD's to my itunes for the last few weeks in that cover art that itunes clearly has - selling CDs - is no longer downloading even when asked. I assume it may have something to do with iTunes adding multiple bracketed comments to CD titles - if it needs a descriptor put in info don't force customers to do more work to use your product.

I am truly hoping that this update/fix will be much faster coming than the imap transit fiasco - or did those people get transfered to iTunes?

They permeate the coverflow experience throughout the Mac OSX interface, and then yank it from the application that benefits from it the most.

Not ready for primetime. Their alpha testers definitely DON'T represent the user community. That's visually evident with this release.

Sorry, I gave the wrong feedback link. The one for iTunes itself is:

Apple has not added iTunes 11 to the drop down menu there. LOL

They haven't even added iTunes 10.7. You can still use the form, though. Just note in the comments that you're commenting on iTunes 11.
