I'd try deleting and re-adding the mail account.

I can't it let's me click on my new one but the old one freezes and you can't do anything then it shut off the app. I did a factory restore assigned a new email set up but it says downloading and shuts off all the time so I set up a new one and now I can't get the 1st one to delete. but all my apps keep closing since it seems like my email is just spinning I the background somehow even after I close it completely and do a hard reset. I even deleted a bunch of apps still a big issue. Hellllppppp:)

Sounds like something is hung up in the messaging queue..the next step would be to restore as new and just add you items back afterward. Are you having any trouble with your desktop mail client? What mail server and desktop client are you using?
