I've submitted my book for publication via iTunes Producer, and successfully gotten through the DELIVERY cycle.  The book is now "being reviewed for quality assurance."

I've found a couple of minor typos, and want to upload a fresh version of my EPUB.  It's completely unclear how I do this, and docs don't seem to address it.  When I go back through iTunes Producer and try to attach the new EPUB file to my existing submission (97809xxxxx.itmsp), I get a stack of new error messages starting with ITMS-9000.  Somehow, the file that worked a few hours ago no longer passes inspection.

Perhaps I should submit an entirely new package with the same ISBN but updated content?

Perhaps I should wait until the QA cycle is compete, and hope that I can submit updates then?

Inquiring minds want to know.
