Call Apple first and tell them you want to return it. Don't just send it back you will never see it again or the money you spent on it.

An important point - that 14 day return that is mentioned applies only if you purchased it directly from Apple. Other retailers may have their own policy which may differ, and Apple will not accept returns of items not purchased from them.
If you did purchase it from Apple, either one of the retail stores or online, contact their sales support people (800) MY-APPLE in the USA to arrange a return. If you are not in the USA go to http://store.apple.com for your country and look in the upper right corner for the sales number for your country.

All companies that sell Apple Mac computer have to honor the Apple 14 day No questions Asked return policy. Yes their retrun policy may be longer but if they sell Mac's they have to honor at least the Apple Mac return policy.
