In Mail- File-Quit. You will be logged out. If you have Mail set to automatically log in you may want to change that in the Mail preferences so that you would have to enter your password everytime Mail starts..

Thanks for your information. Can you tell me in bit deep please because i cant see quit in files but i can see it in mail, If u are talking about that means i tried that and its not working and also I couldn't find automatically log in in preference. If you can tell me step by step means that could be great....

Yes, I meant in the Mail menu select Quit Mail and you will be logged out of Mail. What is happening that makes you think that quitting Mail is still leaving you logged in?
To disable auto login in Mail go to Preferenceunion the Mail menu. In your Mail preferences in the section that has your Incoming Mail Server don't input your password. That way everytime you start Mail you will be asked for your password, without it no new mail will be retrieved from the server.
