SanDisk SD Card not recognized.  I have a  SD card to USB adaptor plugged into a USB port. My 64gig 45mb/s Card had been reading properly but now won't read from at all.  I can use my nikon camera to read from the card through USB though.  Kinda odd.  Is there a fix?

Only fix I've heard of is re-formatting it.

If it is not in the camera you need to use a card reader instead as 'intermediary'.

Bad plan BD - that would lose you all your photos!

If you can format it at all it should be Mac OS Extended Journaled, but I have never heard of anyone using SANdisks for backup purposes!
