Nope. You would need to contact the provider which has the iPhone locked. Once they approve the unlock, they will contact Apple, and then when it's ready, you will just need to perform a restore on your iPhone to complete the unlock.

Thanks so much. I think last time I tried to ask them they told me they couldn't do that. but i'll try again.
