Since upgrading to ML I have had a number of problems all but one I have managed to rectify. I am stuck with one though.

I download mail sounds in the past and one was YouGotMail. I don't use this particular one but another downloaded message and this other one works absolutely fine. However somehow I now have this unused mail message playing everytime I use the delete/cmd key in an application such as iPhoto or iTunes. It doesn't happen when I delete normally, just in applications.

I have tried to delete all versions (that I can find called YouGotMail) from iTunes and by using Finder I have deleted those on my backup disc (external). But it is still somewhere on the system. Where would this particular file be hiding to be playing when I use the delete/cmd keys?

iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
