Did you submit it correctly at https://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZFinance.woa/wa/publishPodcast ? Did you receive an email acknowledging the submission?

Once successfully submitted it can take several weeks before it appears in the Store. When accepted you will get an email giving you the Store page URL: if rejected you will get an email saying so though not giving a clear reason.

At a quick look your feed seems to be OK. The only thing I wondered about - having listened to an episode only briefly - is, does it contain tracks from commercially issued CDs? It looks as if it might from your listing for each episode. If this were to be the case it would get you rejected for breaching copyright.

One other point: your 'itunes:duration' tags are all set to one minute, though the episodes are evidently much longer. This will result in the Store page only playing the first minute of each episode. You need to fill in the correct duration - please see this page:

Roger, hello, hope your holidays are going well.  I'm sure you'll recognize the RSS or maybe not, but we've spoken this particular podcast at length.  A very busy life has left me without time to adjust to iTunes policy.  However, I think we were originally declined due to copy right infringements.  Currently however, we have submitted podcasts where we have 100% permissions to play every song on our podcasts and the status just says "already submitted"...I have ensured all tags, meta data and policies are met, do you have any other ideas?  Is our new submission being held down due to previous submissions?  If so, how would I remedy that? Thanks in advance for your assistance.

The feed is OK apart from the fact that episode 92 haas multiple enclosure tags - this isn't a problem except that they won't be recognized. There are some minor niggles about the 'content:encoded' tags which doesn't affect iTunes - please see the FeedValidator report. The feed can be subscribed to manually in iTunes.

You've fallen over a bug in the automated part of the submissions process which will tell you that a feeed has already been submitted even if it's been rejected. The workaround is to change the title slightly. You can change it back afterwards provided doing so doesn't alter the feed URL (it looks as if it might).

Thanks Roger... sorry for the delay in response, it appears we've got it cleared up and I've resubmitted it as just our indie Podcasts... Any idea where I contact for customer service to make sure to clarify that?  Thanks again.

If you've submitted it successfully you should get an email confirming this, and later another email when it has been accepted.

You can always try emailing them at podcasts 'at' apple.com if you think you have a problem (but be patient - it can take several weeks for a podcast to be accepted) but you are quite likely to get a form answer telling you how to submit a podcast.
