Spent hours on the phone with Apple trying to figure out why my Safari couldn't find the Java program that is clearly installed on my IMAC. (Firefox has no problems with Java).Kept being told that I had an outdated Java installed and needed to be removed, but no one at Apple could find it.

Finally got it to work by setting up a new user on my computer - BINGO- the "new" user was able to get in to all the programs that use Java that I couldn't access .  Is there anything I can do to use Safari without having to log in as a different user every time I sign in? I'm the only one using this IMAC.
