I have a new iPad with retinal.  I've had mixed messages about putting on a ZAGG invisible shield on the face.  I have one on my iPod Touch and love it--doesn't show fingerprints and it appears to be fine for viewing.  Any thoughts??? I bought it but can return it.  Thanks.

I have one on my iPad. I have an iPad 2 but it works fine. It is harder to get it on the iPad than it was the Touch, but I've been very happy....especially when my niece plays 'mad birds' with grubby fingers....i can easily clean it off without worrying about hurting the glass.

If you do put it on follow all the steps. Find a lint free work area, wash your hands etc. Took a bit but I got mine on with no bubbles or glitches (I did have to use a needle to carefully poke a tiny hole to get a couple of air bubbles out)

Thanks.  Just waiting to hear from someone who has the newest iPad to see how it works before I install it or return it.

How does it do in reducing glare?

It does some. People have described it as 'orange skin' texture. It isnt' glare free, so it's not a matte surface.
