Dec 1, 2012 3:19 PM in response to Corelogikby terbear55,Yes. I like to back up on cd's. Just click on the album, go to file and print. Selection there for a variety of cd jewel case inserts with album art and list of songs. I hope I can resolve this problem.

Dec 3, 2012 3:31 PM in response to deppalmby Thomas E. Masa,I contacted Itunes about this problem and was told that it was an Apple Problem. I called Apple and spent 1/2 hour with young lady who told me straight up that she had never heard of this problem. She talked to her supervisor and told me someone would call me in a hour. 2 hours later another young lady called and didn't have a clue, she put me through to a guy would at least understood the problem. He gave me to his supervisor, Chris, who didn't have a clue. He said it was isolated problem. I told him to look in Apple Support Community and he said he did and only 4 people complaing. I said can you fix it. He said he would let the engineers know about the problem and if it was an overall Itunes,apple problem then they could possibly do an upgrde. He said as a temporary solution. I should call my printer companies and they could straighten it out until Apple did an upgrade. I told him he needed get his head out of ----- and read some of the stuff on the internet about all the problems with Itunes 11 including this problem and that it was more than 4 people. I am really disgusted with Itunes and Apple.

There are 4 recent topics--just with the same problem--maybe if they would combine them all, they might notice that everyone is having the same problem. Nice ploy trying to ask you to call your printer company! I'm not against going for new versions but this one leaves alot to be desired.

Dec 3, 2012 5:10 PM in response to terbear55by 811Carolyn,This is not a "fix" but if you choose the last option from "print", which is Large Playlist (black & white), you can at least get the songs and they are not all jumbled. I went & printed one mosaic for the front cover & Large Playlist for the songs & I at least got all the info I wanted--but this is not ideal & frankly--unacceptable.

I encourage folks to report this problem using the Provide iTunes Feedback on the Help button in iTunes. Until it gets reported through official channels, it will not gain attention. Encourage others to make reports.
Note, there is not option to choose iTunes 11 on the feedback form, so I included iTunes 11 in the subject of the feedback and didn't choose any version on the menu to choose version.

Dec 5, 2012 10:47 AM in response to terbear55by cahoonmusic12a,it seems to me someone is ignoring this issue. i use the print insert all the time.n the itunes 10. i am considering to try and go back to old version. just so i can use the print jewelcase insert and have it all on one page. not two seperate sheets of paper.

Dec 5, 2012 11:07 AM in response to terbear55by bobzzo,Same thing happened to me. Downloaded the newest version now I can't print the jewel case insert. I sent an e-mail to Apple iTune support and they basically told me it was not their problem.

I too found this problem with iTunes after having supposedly "Upgraded" to version 11.0.0.163, and found that the only way to overcome it was to uninstall the new version, and reinstall version 10.7.0.21, plus I had to recover the Library file for Version 10 and replace the Library file for version 11 with it.
A shame really!
