let's take this one step at a time.
You are running 10.7.5 according to your sig. OSX 10.7 was called "Lion". So, according to your signature, you can not upgrade to Lion, since you are already running it.
If you want to upgrade Lion, the next step is "Mountain Lion", OSX 10.8, and yes, you can upgrade to that. Go to the App Store and download it from there.

Finally, if your Mac's cat is older than the Lions, will need to upgrade to Snow Leopard before joining the latest cats. SL is the first cat to carry the App Store, indispensable since the Lions are not available in physical media. If that is the case, the SL install DVD is available directly from Apple, but you need to request it explicitly.
