you are not the only one. I got the same problem. there is no solution. Apple is silent about this problem.

I was suffering from the same problem so after reading all these community posts and trying all of the posted solutions (some of them actually worked but then the problem would come back after a day or a few hours) I decided I had enough and scheduled an appointment at my local Apple store.  Once there the people were very helpful and tried doing a DFU restore (which didn't work) I was then told that my wifi antenae had gone bad and that my phone needed to be replaced.  Luckily my phone was just short of my limited 1 year warrranty.  Had I waited it would have cost me $199.99 for a new phone since I hadn't purchased the Apple Care that they offer.  So my advise is to hurry in to the Apple Store (make sure you have an appointment they are super busy in there) and get a replacement before your 1 year warranty expires or if you have Apple Care then you'll be fine.

I have a few monts left for warranty. But where am I now there is no apple store. I STuck in Bosnia, with no wi-fi. No other option than wait, and wait to see if ios 6.1 fix the problem. I found, on other forum, that 6.1 does not fix problem. In this case beta ios 6.1

I was told by the apple store employee that it isn't a firmware problem but that its a hardware problem. There is a link on here that I've seen (you'll have to look for it) but it gives you step by step instructions you can try and if that doesn't work it tells you to contact apple. In your case you'd have to ship your phone to apple or perhaps they'd mail you a replacement so you wouldn't be without a phone and then ship your defective one back to apple.
