Can't log into Apple ID.

When I try to log into our company Apple ID, it does not allow us to log in. I know both the login and password are correct, and I used it last Friday to upgrade to Mountain Lion, but ever since I am unable to use it. We need to upgrade the rest of our computers to Mountain Lion.

    Alright, looks like this may have to go to iTS and even possibly AST as we are getting into corporate issues,etc.

     

    First, let's start correspondence here:

    After a few emails they'll either have it sorted out, or refer you to a unit who can.

    Thanks for the report. Years ago everyone could have a simple name for an Apple ID, but that's changed long ago. Though the old ones can still work for the general public.
