Welcome to the Apple Support Communities

If you have a Time Machine backup, go to Applications folder, open Time Machine and restore an older iTunes. Then, go to Music folder, open Time Machine and restore iTunes library.

If you don't have a Time Machine backup, you'll have to reinstall OS X and you'll lose all your library data because it's not supported on older versions

The newest version of itunes really *****. Even after watching the video tutorials, it still does not make sense. The processes, layouts and steps required to do things are not logical.

Syncing with my ipad and iphone is not simple anymore. All my playlists disappeared.

The stock price is tanking; no wonder why.
