when I try to log into icloud using my .mac username and password it tells me my account has been disabled for security reasons.  upon talking to Apple and unable provide a "expired VISA number" that I set up 7 years ago I was told that I cannot access my email.  this all started when my phone started randomly asking for my apple ID and password and to date it will not accept.  The representative at apple told me I needed access to the expireed VISA card (which my bank will not/cannot provide me) otherwise my account will "never be possible to access again".  PLEASE HELP.

I'm afraid nobody here can help you with this particular issue. We are all just regular Apple users like yourself here and have no access to your account.

You need to get back onto Apple directly and see if there is some other way they can verify your identity, if you don't have records of this old VISA card.

Have you tried logging in at http://AppleID.apple.com/ and seeing if you can reset your security details there?
