You will need to ask the store from which you purchased the iPad whether they would have any return policy that would apply to your situation. Apple, in most countries where they have their own stores, has a 14-day return policy. If you purchased from a dealer, that dealer's policies if any would apply.

Varjak says right, and local retailer couldn't help me as they have no return policy in this circumtances. What I suggest that, By this way, Apple is disinvesting their old components which composes those ipads before 4th generation; this bothered me, that's all... Unfortunately, the price difference in my country between them is only $ ~60. I know it is not vital but this means that I missed forth generation ipad in only 9 days. (sorry for my English, if I casued any misunderstanding)
