I've had a similar problem to this, I called apple up using the option where it was something to do with the recent update to 6.0.1, and from what they said it had happened to more than one other person! They're sending me a replacement, so long as it isn't liquid (water) or accidental damage. Maybe you should try the same if this is still happening? Mine did it more and more frequently as time went on so it may just get worse.

Hey thanks for the reply. What was the number you called because I'm getting no where with the customer service line, and it is getting worse. Thanks for the reply.
