Dear Sir or Madam´╝î

As I bought my iPhone 4S (16GB,Black) in the USA from Sprint, full price with tax, unlocked ,it was excepted to be a global phone. But now I come across with some problems in China using local carrier, everything is working properly except sending text message, and iMessage and Facetime also seem not to work. This is very serious for Apple and me! Will I have the chance to fix this?

I tried all the possible solutions from the Internet, and the Official solution offered by Apple (http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4459), but it doesn't seem to work.

Will Apple help me with this issue? Please do.

Information of my iPhone:

SN:C8*******TF9

MEID: 99000190426849

ICCID: 8986 02A5 1511 8076 7730

Sprint is in the US Only. You should also never post those device details on here, which were removed by a moderator. Sprint may or may not have contracts with providers in China, but you should ALWAYS buy your iPhone or any other phone in your country of residence.

    No, it simply is not.

Your device is not unlocked.  Paying full retail does not mean unlocked, it simply means you paid full retail.

Contact Sprint to get the device unlocked, if you meet their requirements.

Then use the device with a supported carrier.

There may still be issues with SMS, but that is a carrier feature.

As for iMessage and Facetime, they should work.  But as you've provided no details of what "not working properly" meaning specifics of the issue, no one here can really help you.
